Tickets:

• Recital tickets go on sale November 1^st at 12:00pm at the Egyptian Theater box office or online at smithstix.com. (Smithstix includes additional fees)
• Tickets to each recital will cost $5, $7, or $10 depending on where you choose to sit in the auditorium. There are no bad seats in the house!
• Dancers do not receive any free tickets to the recital. Performers DO NOT need a ticket to the show.
• If you purchase tickets to both shows, you will get a discount on your second (fewer ticket) purchase.

Dress Rehearsal:

• Wednesday November 20^th at Energy Dance Company
• Please arrive in full costume, hair and makeup.
• We will be taking class photos at dress rehearsal.
• Dancers in 5pm show: Rehearsal 4-5:30pm
• Dancers in 7:30pm show: Rehearsal 6-7:30pm

Recital Info:

• There will be two shows (5:00pm & 7:30p). Classic dancers will perform in ONE of the two shows. Accelerated Program dancers will perform in BOTH shows.
• Each show will be approximately 45 minutes long. There will NOT be an intermission.
• Dancers will remain backstage during the entire show.
• Parents are NOT allowed to come backstage during rehearsal or the recital.
• DANCERS IN MULTIPLE ROUTINES: if you’d like to help your child with costume changes, you may come backstage via the north wing to help with costume changes. Please come back immediately following your dancers first routine, costume changes will be FAST! Parent coming backstage must be wearing a parent wristband.

Dancer Drop-off & Pick-up

Please drop off your dancers ON TIME with an Energy staff member at the Egyptian Theater entrance. Dancers should arrive “Performance Ready” in full costume, hair and makeup.

Dancers will receive a wristband at rehearsal on November 20^th. This wristband is to be worn by a parent. This is your ticket to come in the hallway after to show to pick up your dancer. Anyone picking up dancers after the show MUST be wearing a wristband with your dancer’s name on it. This is for the safety of our dancers. Please have your family members wait in the lobby to greet your dancer. Pink wristband: Pick up dancer in the NORTH HALLWAY. Green wristband: Pick up your dancer in the SOUTH HALLWAY.

5:00pm Show

• 3:45pm: Dancers arrive at Egyptian Theater PERFORMANCE READY for a short stage rehearsal.
• 4:30pm: Doors open to the public
• 5:00-5:45pm: Recital

7:30pm Show

• 6:15pm: Dancers arrive at Egyptian Theater PERFORMANCE READY for a short stage rehearsal.
• 7:00pm: Doors open to the public
• 7:30-8:15pm: Recital
